IPP Derek Chow of the Rotaract Club of United College delivered his parting speech before handing over the President band to President Lawrence Yick.	The new Board members of the RC of United College.

New Board members of RC of United College tied a small ribbon on the string to signify that the new Board members are united to lead the way in the new Rotary year.	President Lawrence Yick presented a souvenir to President Allen Au.

President Lawrence introduced his Club Plan in the new Rotary year.	The President of the Joint Rotaract Installation and Internal Vice President of RC of United College Carlos Ng presented a souvenir to Community Service Director Edward Chow.
