Turn Off Idling Engines & Healthy Living Launch Ceremony -- December 2, 2007

President Tony gave a welcome speech at the Launch Ceremony of the Turn Off Idling Engines & Healthy Living Project. Rtn. Felix Li and Ms. Ho Ka Lai were the emcees of the event.	More than 100 people attended the event including Rotarians, Rtnne., Interactors, guests, supporters, sponsors and students.
