DG Tony Wong led the officiating guests, namely Mr. Zhou Jun Ming, Deputy Director, Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong SAR and The Hon. Frederick Ma, JP, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of Hong Kong SAR, District officers and the 2005-2006 Presidents and 2006-2007 Presidents to the venue where the Handover Ceremony took place.	IPDG Peter Wan commenced the meeting proceedings and gave a summary about the work District 3450 did in the last Rotary year and welcomed DG Tony Wong as the new governor for District 3450 in the current Rotary year.
