Rotaract Club of Hong Kong Island West Inauguration- August 23, 2003

District Governor Jones Wong gave an opening speech at the Inauguration Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Island West -- our Club's new community-based Rotaract Club.	President Joe Lu encouraged the charter members of the new Rotaract Club to lead the club to success.
Rotarians and Rotaractors from other clubs attended the Inauguration Ceremony.	President Joe Lu officially handed the President's band to Ryan Au-Yeung -- the Charter President of the Rotaract Club of Hong Kong Island West.
Congratulations!	C.P. Ryan told the audience about how the new Club was formed and the Club's plans for the current Rotary year.
