contestants of the Semi-Final of the Biliteracy
& Trilingualism Composition & Speech Competition.

Contestants
arrived as early as possible to register and get their assigned
news articles and discussion topics for presentation and waited
anxiously for their turn of competition. |

Victor Lim (2nd left) was the one of the judges of the Senior Section
of the Competition. He had to decide on marks for both style and
substance for each contestant in each of the 10 groups within a
few minutes -- a tough assignment indeed!
