CD Handover Ceremony for the Bird Appreciation Program for the Blind and Visually Impaired -- July 22, 2006

The Bird Appreciation Program for the Blind and Visually Impaired is funded by the District Simplified Grant and it aims to enable those with visual impairments to appreciate nature by listening to the bird calls and songs of Hong Kong's most common bird species. Specifically, our Club worked with the WWF Hong Kong, Hong Kong Bird Watching Society and the Hong Kong Society for the Blind to produce an audio CD featuring the calls and songs of some of Hong Kong's 20 bird species. Rtn. Ernest Cheung and his Rtnne. Frances helped with the dubbing and narrative of the audio CD.
